Ex RAF Wing Commander to take the reins at SolarFrame Limited

Yorkshire’s premium processor, distributor and installer of PVCu windows, doors, conservatories and solid roofs, SolarFrame Limited has welcomed Matt Grafton to the business as its new Managing Director to succeed Steve Taylor who will step into the new role of Commercial Director whilst taking steps to retire.

New to the glass and glazing industry, Matt has built up his extensive managerial experience as a Wing Commander in the Royal Air Force. Over the course of his 20-year RAF career, Matt has accumulated over 130 operational missions, been awarded a Queens Commendation for Valuable Service (QCVS) and Commanded the Royal Air Force Operational Training Simulation Facility.  Along with a Cranfield MBA, Matt has more than sufficient experience to manage the SolarFrame Ltd manufacturing plant.

SolarFrame is Yorkshire’s exclusive manufacturer of the Supalite Solid Tiled Roof System and makes over 30 solid roofs a week, alongside a vast range of windows, conservatories and doors.
