A few wrinkles and grey hairs extra, but still going strong, Charles Richards and James Chorley have gone from strength to strength building ArcOframe up from just 4 staff members to a highly skilled team of 35 and seeing sales increase by 25% over the last six months.

16 years ago Charles and James started off in a 6,000 sq ft2 unit and have now expanded into a newly acquired adjoining unit of another 6,000 ft2 by buying the factory next door. ArcOframe are a family run company based in St Helens. They manufacture a range of PVC-U frames including arched and round windows, arched composite doors and vertical and arched vertical sliders. They stock all the major profiles:- Rehau, Duraflex, Halo, Veka, Liniar, Deceuninck and deliver frames all across the UK using their own fleet of vehicles. Their formulas have always stayed the same to keep the process simple, by delivering a quality product and establishing long standing working relationships with all their regular customers.

ArcOframe take their environmental responsibilities seriously and being a forward looking business have a number of recycling initiatives in place to ensure all waste materials are dealt with safely. Having been a fundamental part of the industry for 16 years now, ArcOframe understand that no two customers are the same and therefore offer a fully bespoke service. Their second to none customer service team liaise regularly with customers, ensuring they are updated at every stage of the process, resulting in deadlines being met on time and meeting their customers requirements to the best of ArcOframe’s ability.

The key to ArcOframe’s success lies in the fact that they pride themselves on their choice, commitment and customer cervice. Whether looking for a circular or arched window frame or an arched composite door, ArcOframe offer the same attention to detail throughout.
