58% customer growth leads to new office space for EndtoEnd IT

Driven by exceptional growth, EndtoEnd IT is excited to announce its strategic move to a new, spacious office at The Craggs Country Business Park in Halifax, West Yorkshire.  The innovative creators of Integrate – the window and door management software, have seen a 52% increase in users, a 58% rise in customers, and an impressive 89% rise in monthly subscriptions within just two years.

EndtoEnd’s expansion is not limited to customer growth alone. The company has also been expanding the team, most recently welcoming Zaach Pightling as a new support analyst in August, bringing the total headcount to eight dedicated professionals.

The new office at The Craggs Country Business Park not only offers the essential added space, but it also includes an array of amenities including an on-site farm shop, a cafe, and two breweries, and will help foster an enriching work environment for the EndtoEnd IT team.

The company’s flagship software, integrate, essentially comprises four essential components: integrateCORE for streamlined quoting, design, and material requirements, integrateCRM which efficiently manages inquiries, orders, appointments, and team schedules, IntegratePRO which helps production and manufacturing processes, including time tracking and IntegrateFIT which gives site fitters with instant access to job details, improving efficiency and reducing paperwork.

In addition to its software solutions, EndtoEnd has proven a valuable resource for the window and door industry. The team share their extensive knowledge and technical expertise through a series of free demonstrations and monthly tutorial webinars, making it easier for window company managers and operators to harness the power of integrate. The move to their new office space will better accommodate these educational initiatives, allowing for enhanced support and training.

Gareth O’Brien, Director of EndtoEnd, commented on the move saying “It’s a testament to the work of our team and the innovation of our software we’ve had to expand to larger premises. The work they do, and the support integrate offers means we make it so much easier to manage and run window and door companies – we’ve quickly become indispensable to our customers, so we need the space to keep up!

We are very lucky to be able to move to such a stunning location with extensive views over the hills towards Stoodley Pike. Anybody wanting to keep up their step count during the day has a beautiful place to do it plus the café has amazing food and cakes that also might need walking off!!”
