The newly revamped showroom sits within Alexander Windows’ existing headquarters, complimented by an additional on-site ancillary shop that allows local builders and window fitters to complete orders promptly and without hassle. The tight ship is led by newly appointed Trade Sales Manager Jon Chesters, who remains well aware of the company’s legacy and sees the new space as the next logical step for success. He explains:
“Since launching our supply-only division in 2001, we’ve always placed an emphasis on providing North West installers with the latest in product innovation and technical product support to help them win new business and convert sales. The overhaul of our Stockport showroom is a natural extension of this focus, and having our latest products fully on show within a friendly environment helps to give tradesmen and their customers a better idea of what to expect.”
The new facility makes fully aware Alex Trade Frames’ strong relationship with some of the industry’s leading home improvement brands, prominently displaying products from the likes of Kommerling, Rockdoor and Ultraframe. “We want installers to feel confident in knowing that they’re offering only the highest quality windows and doors around when using Alex Trade, be it in the form of a simple casement window or the latest bifold doors.”
Free for use by trade customers, Alex Trade’s showroom is available for browsing 6 days a week -between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am and 12pm on a Saturday. Though no appointment is necessary, specific times can be set aside to guarantee the best possible experience. This, combined with the company’s renowned next day frame delivery service, places Alex Trade Frames’ in good stead to showcase their products and distribute them like never before.
