AluK’s 58BW flush windows gain approval for conservation area use

The owners of a stunning, one-of-a-kind detached property in a Lincolnshire village conservation area wanted to replace their draughty, leaded-light timber windows with low maintenance, energy-efficient slimline aluminium. They were recommended Tradeglaze, an award-winning fabricator and installer based in Lincoln. Originally, the timber windows on the property were dark brown, but the owners had been painting them cream to give their property a more contemporary look. They wanted to keep this more modern colour palette in the 58BW HI aluminium replacements, so Tradeglaze recommended RAL9010M for a similar ivory finish – with no more painting required.
