Compusoft Group announces the acquisition of First Degree Systems

Compusoft Group, a leading global visual CPQ provider, has announced an agreement to acquire First Degree Systems (FDS). The acquisition of First Degree Systems, a leading UK provider of software solutions for the window and door industry, will add to the previous acquisition of Soft Tech and further expand their offering in this market.The acquisition of First Degree Systems is aligned with Compusoft’s aim to become the most recommended visual CPQ solution-provider in the world, by providing innovative software that makes complex processes simple.
