The new space covers 338 m2, showcasing the main window, door and façade systems designed for the British market and their legal framework. Among them, you can find solutions such as the Bi-Fold PLUS, the 4900 HI and 4600 sliding systems; hinged windows such as the COR 80 Industrial, the COR 70 Hidden Sash (also in its balcony door version), Alu-Steel and Casement. Additionally, there is a space devoted to façades and solar protection louvres, where you can find the TP 52 and the Unit 66 modular façade, alongside several façade samples. When it comes to doors, the MILLENIUM PLUS PIVOT and the MILLENIUM PLUS 80 are in display. Last but not least, we could not leave the COR VISION and the COR VISION PLUS out, both ideal to cover large openings, offering a solution with integrated floor.
Cortizo, that has been exporting to the United Kingdom since the early 1990s, began marketing their aluminium systems there over five years ago. “Offering quality and immediacy to our clients has allowed us to reinforce our presence in the country; additionally, this provides us with the opportunity to engage with potential customers”, explains the Architectural Systems General Manager, Daniel Lainz.
Cortizo’s aluminium systems feature in emblematic projects throughout the United Kingdom, such as The Mercian tower in Birmingham, the Hospital and University of Belfast, the extension of the Ascot Racecourse, the University of Sheffield, the PlayStation premises in Liverpool, and countless residential projects in London and the rest of the country.
