Elliotts Group acquires Futuremost to expand construction portfolio

Elliotts Group has announced the acquisition of Futuremost Group Limited, a prominent Portsmouth-based window manufacturer and installer. The acquisition, completed on October 25th, brings Futuremost into the Elliotts Group’s growing portfolio, which also includes Elliotts Builders Merchants, Elliotts Living Spaces, and Elliotts Premier Roofing.

Futuremost, founded in 1987, specialises in bespoke aluminium and PVC-U window units, gaining a strong reputation in the South of England for quality craftsmanship and reliable service.

Dave Barrett, Managing Director of Futuremost, shared his enthusiasm for the acquisition, stating, “Joining the Elliotts group gives us an exciting opportunity to grow alongside a business with a strong heritage. Our focus remains on delivering a first-class customer experience, supported by both our trusted brands.”

Tom Elliott, CEO of Elliotts Group, highlighted the strategic importance of the acquisition, describing it as a major step in the company’s commitment to becoming a “one-stop shop” for construction needs. “Futuremost’s values and reputation for quality align perfectly with ours,” he commented. “With 37 years of industry expertise and a loyal customer base, they’re a great fit for Elliotts. I’m looking forward to working together to build a stronger business.”

Futuremost will retain its brand identity and continue to operate under its own name, preserving its established market presence. The acquisition is set to broaden Elliotts Group’s product range and bolster its position in the UK construction sector.
