EndtoEnd IT celebrates impressive growth after office expansion

EndtoEnd IT, a provider of integrated software solutions for the window and door industry, have marked a year of remarkable growth and industry impact following its strategic move to new offices at The Craggs Country Business Park in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

The past year has been nothing short of extraordinary for EndtoEnd IT. The company has witnessed an impressive 74% increase in processed orders, demonstrating the growing demand for their innovative solutions. More importantly for window and door businesses who use integrate, this has been accompanied by an impressive 30% growth in order value overall. The value of all orders processed came in at a total of £87 million, indicating not only an increase in quantity but suggesting the scale of projects undertaken have also increased.

Perhaps most notably, conversion rates from quote to orders year on year have increased by 50%. This significant improvement speaks volumes about the effectiveness of integrate in streamlining the sales process and meeting client needs for its users.

The company’s flagship software, integrate, continues to drive efficiency and productivity across the industry. Its four essential components – integrateCORE, integrateCRM, integratePRO, and integrateFIT – have contributed to significant time and cost savings for clients. Take the integrateCORE module, for instance. It’s estimated to save half an hour per quote – a seemingly small amount until you consider the volume of quotes processed. When looked at over the year this adds up to approximately 1,179 full days – over three years saved for clients in the past year alone!

Gareth O’Brien, Director of EndtoEnd, reflected on the company’s progress, saying ‘We’re delighted with what the data is telling us. It’s this kind of efficiency that’s making waves across the window and door industry because it isn’t just a nice to have, it shows the investment into integrate will genuinely increase the value of your business.” He added, “The move to our new office space provided a new space for our expanding team to further enhance our offerings. We deliberately chose to invest in physical offices and bring our team together in one place to provide our clients with genuine, helpful support, and it’s paying off.”

EndtoEnd IT ’s expansion comes on the heels of significant growth in the preceding two years. The company had already seen a 52% increase in users, a 58% rise in customers, and an impressive 89% growth in monthly subscriptions. The move to new, spacious offices at The Craggs Country Business Park in September 2023 was a strategic decision to provide the necessary infrastructure to support this growth trajectory. Since September 2023, the company has processed an astounding 57,000 quotes and more than 10,000 orders, highlighting the scale of their operations and impact on the industry.

As the team settles into their second year at their new location, it would seem the stunning views over the hills towards Stoodley Pike are providing just the inspiration they need to keep reaching new horizons across the industry.
