Eurocell wins award for leading the way in PVC-U recycling

Eurocell was named the “Best PVC-U Manufacturer & Recycler 2023 – UK” at the recent Design and Build Awards 2023. The accolade recognises Eurocell’s outstanding range of PVC-U and home improvement products, as well as their advanced recycling systems, which saw Eurocell incorporate 16,700 tonnes of recycled PVC-U in its operations in 2022 alone.Eurocell has been committed to a sustainability strategy for a decade now.  The acquisitions of S&S Plastics, Vista, and Ecoplas has expanded the home improvement specialist’s capabilities and contributed significantly to its PVC-U recycling – of which Eurocell has one of the most innovative recycling set-ups in the country, with full traceability and a less than 1% return-to-site ratio.This commitment to sustainability has set it apart in the industry. Eurocell operates a closed-loop recycling system, collecting, reprocessing, and utilising waste to create new products.
