Euroglaze, the Barnsley-based Rehau trade fabricator, continues to invest in its continuous improvement programme, with two new machines designed to improve the quality and precision of its frames still further. Over the past 45 years, Euroglaze has built its reputation on consistent excellence that customers know they can rely on. It takes immense pride, for instance, in the fact that product rejection rates are less than 0.5%.
Euroglaze has now taken another step forward in its strategic investment programme with the addition of a Haffner double mitre saw for ancillaries and a Haffner CNC corner cleaner.
Glen Park, the company’s Operations Director, says that the intention is to edge quality up even higher, while also increasing capacity and efficiency within Euroglaze itself. He explains: “The new TT425 saw will enhance optimisation and accuracy on ancillaries, while the cleaner will improve finishing quality on frame and sash corners.
“Individually, the investments are positive news, but taken together they show customers just how committed we are to moving forward across all departments. While others in the industry might be reining back spending in what remains a tough market, we are pushing ahead as we continue to outperform the competition.”
Euroglaze has defied market conditions over the past two years, with double digit growth in both 2024 and 2025. This, Glen asserts, is down to the support Euroglaze provides to existing customers to help them grow and an influx of new business from installers and trade stockists seeking out better value and better service from their fabricator.
He adds: “We know we are getting an awful lot right at Euroglaze, and we hear that in the feedback we get from customers every day, but, as we have demonstrated with the new machinery, we are never complacent about our position and are always looking for the right investments and the right growth opportunities.”
Euroglaze manufactures arguably the widest range of Rehau products of any UK fabricator, including Heritage vertical sliders, Rauferno fire rated windows, Slinovo patios and Rio flush sashes and, alongside that, also fabricates Liniar frames including the Resurgence flush sash range.
