As part of a larger software upgrade across their fabrication sites, CWG Choices unveiled their Choices Online App at their customer open days this February to an eager audience. The CWG Choices open days saw the company showcase numerous new products including the initial release of the new easy to use platform that is set to revolutionise their present online offering, Choices Online. The app built off First Degree’s Fengo2 & Cloud infrastructure sees the realisation of the first wave of software improvements that will be coming this year. The service will offer the ability for the customers sales teams to price and survey on Ipad’s out in the field and send back all quotes and jobs electronically to their own cloud system then on to fabrication.
This new system is also coupled with an all new Window Designer Cloud system that offers a fully load balanced experience for the end user. CWG Choices customers will benefit from the newly created customer portal within the Zandi web platform that allows a customer to track and confirm quotes/orders, converse with CWG via the new shared comments system and allows two-way document sharing. Scott McQueen, IT Manager at CWG Choices commented: “We reviewed numerous products looking for a software solution to our wider company needs. First Degree offered the best fit to this, from front end sales systems for our customers that you see released today through to the back-office requirements of running multiple site fabrication, First Degree’s range of products will allow the company to grow and meet the needs of the business moving forward. The system will enable us to process all goods in one product, control production across our network, track products through to delivery, manage stock across the CWG Choices network and much more, all from one software provider. The launch of Choices Online is just the start.”
