Full solution fabricator Central Window Systems has appointed a new Aluminium Customer Service Team to support installers with commercial opportunities and provide them with leads to help them succeed.
A pivotal part of the company’s aluminium division, the new team includes Head of Trade Aluminium Service Gemma Turner and Aluminium Estimator Andy Sheppard.
Together, they are in charge of running Central’s Aluminium Project Support Service, a unique service which sees in-house experts help installers with complex projects, from the design stage through to the final installation.
The team is also working with existing customers to help make them aware of both the company’s Aluminium and PVCu ranges alongside its comprehensive marketing portal, Central Hub, a 24-hour portal providing a range of sales, software, technical and business support.
CEO Gary Morton comments: “Central Window Systems has always had customer support at the forefront of its strategy, which is why Gemma and Andy’s hard work has been invaluable in helping our installers benefit from the full extent of the products we have to offer.
“With an extensive Aluminium Project Support Service as well as a wide range of marketing tools to offer, I’m confident our Aluminium Customer Service Team will help our valued customers excel.
“For your next aluminium or PVCu installation, Central Window Systems has the great products, competitive prices and decades of experience to help you make a success of it.”
Working from a 52,000 square foot manufacturing facility, Central Window Systems provides an outstanding range of Aluminium, PVCu windows, doors and conservatories, as well as extensive curtain wall and roof light systems.
