Haffner Murat becomes member of Council for Aluminium in Building

Leading machinery suppliers, Haffner Murat Ltd has joined the Council for Aluminium in Building (CAB), the largest UK aluminium in building trade association.Dave Thomas, Managing Director of Haffner Murat, said: “We are delighted to become a member of CAB.   Our range of aluminium machinery has continued to expand and our CAB membership will help reaffirm our commitment to the aluminium sector.”

Haffner Murat supply a comprehensive range of aluminium machinery from Haffner, Fom Industrie and ITALMAC. All ranges offer a selection of aluminium machines that are designed for all levels of fabrication and budgets.   Dave said: “We have extended our aluminium machinery offer over the past few years to support our growing customer base. In 2019 we started supplying state-of-the-art aluminium machinery from Fom Industrie who, for over 40 years, has delivered innovative machinery to a global market.  And we are the UK’s official agent for the Italian range of ITALMAC aluminium fabrication machinery. ITALMAC has an international reputation for quality machinery that combines the latest technology with skilled engineering and competitive prices. “

CAB’s mission is to promote the use of aluminium in building by being the recognised voice of the sector. It provides high quality technical information and guidance on regulations, standards and best practice and is proactive in a number of aluminium and sustainability initiatives in the UK and internationally. 

The timing of becoming a CAB member could not have been better for Haffner Murat.   Dave concludes: “Sales of our aluminium machines has increased considerably over the past couple of years as more fabricators have taken advantage of the upturn in demand for aluminium products. As a CAB member we can now reach out to an even larger audience of aluminium manufacturers to communicate the advantages of our aluminium machines.”
