Joedan Holdings, the Tewkesbury-based specialist in bespoke window and door systems, has announced the acquisition of Topline Windows and Topline Window Doctor, alongside their operational facilities on the Isle of Wight.
This move is set to bolster Joedan’s footprint in the retail and commercial markets, leveraging Topline’s 30-year legacy of providing high-quality aluminum and PVC window solutions. The acquisition aligns with Joedan’s growth strategy and underscores its commitment to expanding service capabilities across the UK.
John Purcaro, founder of Joedan Holdings, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition, stating, “This acquisition has been made with the continued intention to grow Joedan Windows & Doors.
