Lee Harding, Production Director of Window Supply Company

West Lothian based Window Supply Company (WSC) has announced the appointment of Lee Harding as Production Director as the company continues to build its platform for growth through investment in manufacturing, infrastructure and people.

WSC is a leading supplier of uPVC windows and doors to trade in Scotland, manufactured at the company’s state of the art facility in Livingston. The company’s team of Directors have extensive knowledge and experience in the UK fenestration sector having been the previous founding Directors of Stevenswood before its sale to private equity in 2016.

As Production Director, Lee brings more than 30 years’ experience in uPVC windows, beginning his management career at Watson Dallas as Factory Manager. Lee then ran his own window manufacturing business for ten years before joining Stevenswood and latterly CMS. Lee has a wealth of knowledge, particularly in LEAN manufacturing and a history in cultivating strong working cultures – one of the core values at WSC.

Lee will be responsible for leading the company’s manufacturing as it seeks to maximise production with the addition of a new shift pattern to accommodate increasing market demand – while continuing to deliver exceptional quality windows and doors.

Martin Linden, Operations Director, Window Supply Company says: ‘This newly created role as Production Director is engineered to streamline our manufacturing systems and processes now, to ensure that we can achieve our ambitious plans for growth in the future. Lee’s extensive experience in the industry will be fundamental in helping us achieve our long-term goals’

Lee adds: ‘The culture at Window Supply Company is absolutely key for me and the other Directors. Every one of our employees has a role to play in the success of the company.  I’m keen to build on this culture of empowerment and continue the great progress WSC has made in such a short period of time’
