Leicestershire-based Coalville Glass & Glazing acquired by Opulentia Capital

Opulentia Capital has announced its latest acquisition with Leicestershire-based Coalville Glass & Glazing Co. Coalville Glass & Glazing was founded by Ray and Beryl Whitehorn. A family firm with over 45 years’ experience in manufacturing and installing the highest quality windows, doors and conservatories for homeowners and housebuilders across the Midlands and beyond.

Glazing in the UK is a segment with a market size of £2bn and it employs over 10,000 people. Coalville Glass & Glazing Co will form part of Opulentia Capital’s newly formed Glass & Glazing group being the 2nd acquisition in this space.
