Listers Central given big thumbs up as new online ordering software is unveiled

A customer conference held by Listers Central has been hailed a huge success by those in attendance – thanks in no small part to the firm’s brand new dedicated online ordering software Easy Connect. The prominent Stoke-based fabricator hosted the one-day event at the company’s state-of-the-art facilities in Fenton in June for customers to learn more about a number of exciting new products added to the Listers line-up and explore the firm’s revamped showroom. More than 100 customers attended during the course of the day and some of the new products on show included Timeless, the authentic flush sash system from VEKA, and the unveiling of Räum, Listers’ brand-new aluminium range.

Listers were also able to showcase their new marketing support package and the event also featured an in-depth marketing seminar from Adi Day, Digital Director of the group’s marketing partner Purplex. But it was the sneak peek customers got at their new dedicated online ordering software, Easy Connect, which got tongues wagging. The portal, which is exclusive to Listers trade partners, is specifically designed to help installers visualise with customers how their desired window, door or conservatory will look and perform. It also provides a quick and understandable method of quoting and ordering that speeds up the process.

Phil Warren, Listers Central’s Sales Director, was delighted with the day and he commented: “After a massive 12 months for Listers, which included the takeover by Roy Frost and the GJB Holdings Group and the introduction of a number of fantastic product lines, the open day provided us with the perfect platform to invite customers in to look towards an exciting future. The event was a resounding success and we had a fantastic turnout. The feedback we had from everyone who attended was extremely encouraging. We had lots of positive comments on our new showroom, our new product lines, and our new dedicated online portal Easy Connect, which was undoubtedly the star of the show and something we are really excited about. We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came to the open day. It was lovely to see all of our trade customers, new and old, and to show off some of our latest product ranges and everything that Listers can offer to support the trade.”
