AUDIO+ | Made for Trade launches new flagship products under Korniche brand

Made for Trade (MFT) has launched two new flagship products under its Korniche brand, as the fenestration firm seeks to capitalise on rising demand for high-performance glazing solutions in 2026.

The North East-based supplier, which serves trade installers, builders and fabricators across the UK, has introduced an upgraded version of its award-winning Korniche Roof Lantern, alongside a new Internal Glass Partition system aimed at the growing home interior market.

The developments mark a strategic milestone for MFT, which has built a reputation for precision engineering, competitive pricing and supply reliability.

The redesigned Korniche Roof Lantern features slimmer sightlines for enhanced natural light, integrated LED lighting, and PAS 24 security as standard. The unit also includes improved structural strength and thermally efficient profiles to meet evolving energy performance requirements. MFT says the fast-fit design allows for quicker installation without compromising on quality.

The Korniche Internal Glass Partition system, meanwhile, enters a market driven by demand for open-plan living and internal zoning. The product offers slim aluminium profiles, bespoke hardware options, and high-spec acoustic glass, with configurations ranging from single doors to multi-panel partitions.

Chris Wann, Operations Director at MFT, said the launch reflects the company’s ongoing mission to support the trade with products that combine performance, design and installer-friendly features.

“With the launch of the new Korniche Roof Lantern and our Internal Glass Partition system, we are delivering solutions that empower installers to work more efficiently, win more projects and deliver premium results for homeowners,” he said.

MFT is also continuing to promote its KwikQuote platform, an online tool designed to streamline quoting and ordering processes. Trade customers can configure and purchase Korniche products through the system, which has been credited with improving speed and accuracy.

To encourage new users, MFT is offering businesses that open a KwikQuote account before 31 July 2026 a £200 credit and a 20 per cent discount on a second single-item purchase, subject to terms and conditions.

The company will showcase its latest products at several Homebuilding & Renovating Shows this year, including events in Birmingham (19-22 March), Glasgow (9-10 May), London (18-20 September) and Harrogate (30 October-1 November).

MFT’s dual product launch and investment in digital tools form part of a broader strategy to strengthen its position in the competitive fenestration sector. The firm says it remains committed to providing the trade with consistent supply, technical support and product innovation throughout 2026 and beyond.
