Maximise natural light with Liniar’s Elevate Lantern Roof

Covid changed the way many of us use our homes, with lots of people choosing to continue to work from home, either permanently or flexibly. The pandemic has shifted more focus onto work/life balance; there is an increasing desire to create lighter spaces and adjust properties to modern ways of living.

Elevate: the best of both worlds

A lantern roof can be a fantastic way to maximise natural light in a space, and in many instances, can be a great way to maintain privacy, too.

Liniar, one of the UK’s leading systems companies, designed the elegant Elevate lantern roof to bridge the gap between traditional and modern lantern roofs. Available in both rectangular and square shapes, with bespoke components for each, the cutting-edge roof brings in natural light with a sleek transition of roof bars.

Elevate’s aluminium construction ensures strength and ultra slim sightlines from the inside, whilst unique EnergyPlus twin-walled top caps offer superior thermal efficiency – meaning the best of both worlds for homeowners.

Installation made easy

The ideal choice for fabricators, fitters and self-builders, Elevate is simple to order. For ease of installation, the Elevate lantern roof arrives in a kit format and can be fitted in less than an hour, thanks to clever design features.

Energy efficient

The roof’s modern, stunning construction is innovative and energy efficient, whilst providing wide expanses of glass and plenty of natural light.

Elevate lantern roof kits feature Liniar’s twin-walled top caps as standard, enhancing thermal efficiency whilst also providing a more robust fit and finish. Built to last and to withstand even the most inclement British weather, Elevate has all of Liniar’s patented roof features including Glazing Stop and Weather Dam, to avoid glass slippage during glazing and to hold back the wind and rain respectively.

Bespoke solutions

The Elevate lantern roof is available in 36 colour combinations with white substrate and woodgrain foil options. Additional special colours are also available for the ultimate bespoke solution. Each foiled kit arrives perfectly finished, including the top and end caps for a smooth, seamless appearance.

Both versions of the Elevate lantern roof come in sizes to suit any flat roof extension or orangery. The traditional, rectangular shape is available up to 2.4 by 5.4 metres and the square version is available up to 2.1m². Available with additional extras such as self-cleaning glass, solar glass and roof vents for extra ventilation, and with the 10-year Liniar guarantee coming as standard on both models, families can rest assure that they’re in good hands.
