Morley Glass & Glazing adds new SV+ system to Uni-Blind range

Integral blinds manufacturer Morley Glass & Glazing is giving customers even more choice with the launch of the SV+. Exclusive to Morley Glass, the SV+ is a completely symmetrical version of the highly popular ScreenLine SV (sliding venetian) Uni-Blind system thanks to the addition of a slim dummy rail on the opposite side to the sliding operating system.

The SV+ works the same way as the SV System, using a manually operated magnetic slider on either the left or right-hand edge of the sealed unit to raise, lower and tilt the slats of the blind. It is a cordless system that is particularly safe for houses or projects with children or pets. Ian Short, MD of Morley Glass & Glazing says: “The SV system is one of our most popular systems, as it is particularly easy and smooth to operate. The slimness of the control device means the system can be used with all types of frames, even sliding doors and windows.

“However, the control device is located on a narrow rail on one side of the sealed unit, and this can make the window look uneven. To create a more symmetrical appearance we’ve added a slim dummy rail to the opposite side of the sealed unit and created the SV+. The external control device is also protected with a patented Sanitized® active biocidal substance containing silver ions for long lasting antibacterial protection and peace of mind.”

The SV+ is available in a choice of 10 colours and can be delivered in just 12 working days from orders placed by 10am on a Thursday.
