There are 30 door styles that cover traditional and contemporary designs and glazed and unglazed options to suit all tastes, house styles and budgets. Available in either a woodgrain or smooth finish the 2mm GRP door skin is maintenance free and hardwearing too.
There are 29 colour finishes, including our TrueGrain wood effect. We use a hard-wearing polyurethane paint system similar to ones used in the yacht industry to add further low maintenance, hard wearing benefits. All doors finished using this proprietary paint system come with a 10-year warranty against fade, loss of gloss and adhesion.

We have three PAS 24-compliant glazing frames. Many of our doors use the new, contemporary, low profile Spotlight or ZEEL™ options that deliver the sleek look that homeowners love. Our more traditional door designs use the industry-leading sculptured TriSYS system. Finally, there are 25 decorative glass ranges, all of which have been carefully designed to work with the door designs. Everywhere you look, the ODL Europe door offers quality. Stiles and rails are manufactured from a water-resistant pure PVC polymer and reinforced using LVL (Laminated Veneered Lumber) timbers with a minimum density of 570 kg/m3. The SMC skins and sub-frame door assembly are fully bonded using a urethane adhesive resin.

The Capstone slab, in combination with the SecureDesign™ board reinforcing and ODL glazing cassette systems, achieves PAS24:2016, which is a requirement to achieve Secured by Design certification and meet Document Q of Building Regulations. Thanks to the thermally efficient CFC-free polyurethane foam filling, when the door is part of a doorset assembly, it can achieve a U value as low as 0.8W/m2k.

And the slabs are manufactured as part of the BM Trada Q-Mark scheme for quality, which gives us full traceability for all factory processes. But it isn’t just the door where quality shines through.
