Patrick Calvey joins Siegenia as Sales Manager

The start of 2019 saw the appointment of Patrick Calvey as Sales Manager for SIEGENIA. Patrick has a window and door ironmongery career that spans thirty years of experience gained within sales and specification with companies such as Glutz and Simonswerk. 

In a newly established position heading up the sales team and covering the South East of England, Patrick has already established himself in his first few months with the company, working closely with both the sales and marketing teams to get SIEGENIA products in front of new customers.

General Manager of SIEGENIA in the UK, Adrian Vicker, commented, “Patrick’s experience in all aspects of the supply chain from the inception of new products through to their launch and growth within the market place will be a real asset to us. The fact that he has taken a product from zero to a market leading brand made him an outstanding candidate for the role and, with his specification background, Patrick brings a fresh perspective to the business.” 

Patrick added, “The move from the specification sector to SIEGENIA was driven by the desire to seek out new challenges in terms of working with new products and markets. It was also a great opportunity to head the SIEGENIA sales team within the UK and Ireland”.

Beyond the window and door hardware they are most known for they offer great sliding door, ventilation and smart homes solutions as well. These kinds of products are up-and-coming and I’m really looking forward to getting my teeth into promoting them to the market”.
