Residence delivery fleet grows to match sales of R9 and R7 windows

It’s ‘grow-grow’ for Residence Collection as the premium windows system company expands its fleet with a brand new 18 tonne lorry for Residence 7 (R7). In smart black the new livery joins the fleet’s five Residence 9 (R9) lorries. With now six lorries and new dedicated drivers, Residence Collection has improved delivery times and the end-to-end care taken with packaging, transport and delivery. Top service levels means that installers can expect R9 and R7 windows to arrive consistently on time and in perfect condition.

Demand for the premium timber-alternative range of flush sash windows R9 has been matched by the strong market response to Residence Collection’s new flush sash window range R7 launched in September last year.  R7 is beautifully flush inside and out, and is designed for properties ranging from modern new builds and city apartments to country cottages and semi-detached houses. Its dedicated colour range includes 20 different colour combinations (inside and out!) bringing more choice to installers and homeowners.

Residence Collection windows come with a top quality service. General Manager Sarah Hitchings confirms that the OTIF (On Time, In Full) rates for August reached 100%, rising from an average of 94% for the first seven months and including 98.5% in May, June and July.
