Richard Carr, Operations Manager of HWL Windows

Leeds-based HWL Windows Group has appointed Richard Carr as Operations Manager. Richard has 26 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector, which includes working in sales management in the steel stockholding industry and in laser cutting and aluminium fabrication in both production management and operations director roles.

Richard brings a wealth of operation management experience to HWL Windows Group and part of his role will see him taking responsibility for further implementing Lean and Kaizen techniques to improve workflow efficiency, productivity and quality.

Graham Howatson, Sales and Marketing Director of HWL Windows Group, said: “We are focused on continuous improvement within our operations and Richard will play a key role in maximising efficiency within our business.  We are entering an exciting era of growth and expansion and these techniques are the key to the development of our business with trade customers across the UK.”
