Rooms and Views Manufacturing launch R & V Building Plastics

Liniar fabricator Rooms and Views Manufacturing has launched a trade counter division,   R & V Building Plastics, offering PVCu Windows, Doors & Conservatories to the trade.

R & V Building Plastics is based opposite Rooms and Views’ manufacturing facility on Catheralls Industrial Estate, Buckley North Wales, where they fabricate Liniar’s energy efficient windows and doors in the full range of Liniar foils. This includes Modlock Bi – folding doors and Liniar’s flush sash window system aimed at the heritage market.

All Liniar products are available through R & V Building Plastics along with building products such as fascias, soffits, guttering & underground products. The trade counter also offers tools, and consumables such as sealants and silicones, providing local tradesmen with everything they need for their next installation.

Alongside a very successful and high performing new build  business, Rooms and Views looks to become more active in the trade market, the opening of the trade counter is a strategic step towards this and a response to increasing numbers of installers and builders taking advantage of the convenience this ‘one-stop shop’ business model provides.

Rooms and Views operations director Simon Lomax comments: “Rooms and Views manufacture the Liniar window suite, supplying these to the new build and trade sectors. Having identified a rise in trade counters we opened R&V Building Plastics, and now instead of waiting on deliveries local tradesmen can pop in and pick up PVCu frames at a time that suits them.”

Rooms and Views have an experienced team on-hand to react quickly to any customer requirements, providing high levels of service to both local customers and those further afield.
