Strategic new appointments helping customer experience for CDW Systems

CDW Systems has continued to improve service to customers thanks to the strengthening of its office-based team at its headquarters in Gloucester.

The specialist aluminium fabricator’s two most recent appointments include Natalie O’Grady and Shiloh Thomas in the accounts department. Natalie is the company’s purchaser, while Shiloh is a trainee estimator/processor within the sales team.

Another recent recruit is Thomas Dwight, who works as an estimator/processor in the sales team and previously worked for CDW Systems before rejoining.

All three have helped to increase support and service and further establish strong customer relationships, and Jeremy Phillips, Group Chairman of CDW Systems, said: “Natalie and Shiloh work well together and all three appointments have had a huge impact on customer service and have helped us ensure our clients receive the highest level of support and assistance.

“Natalie has helped centralise procurement and it means we’ve now got a dedicated person to look at everything that’s coming in so we can deliver exceptional service on that side of things.”

Before the turn of the year, CDW Systems extended its office hours for customers, with the office now opening at 7.30am instead of 8am so staff are available for the times when customers need them the most, continuing to prove why CDW Systems is the perfect partner for installers.
