SupaLite maintains 2-week lead time despite supply chain disruption

While companies across the industry have had to extend lead times due to supply chain chaos, SupaLite has maintained its two-week lead time for customers. The leading conservatory roof manufacturer has managed to continue to provide excellent service levels while bringing in an influx of new business and enquiries. MD Steve Hacking said: “Companies have been continually struggling due to the creaking supply chain, with their customers suffering due to extended lead times at a time when demand needs to be met. But thanks to the relationship we have with our supply chain partners, we haven’t been as affected, which has meant we have been able to maintain our two-week lead time for our customers.

“With many fabricators and installers dealing with customers demanding urgent fittings, we have always understood the vital role we play in making sure their service levels don’t drop.”

SupaLite’s £300,000 investment in a new Haffner machining centre last year, and the continuing strengthening of its workforce, has also allowed the company to increase its productivity levels. Steve added: “Our Haffner machining centre has played a huge part in helping us to increase capacity and meet rising demand. We have worked extremely hard to continue to deliver the level of service our customers have come to expect and offer consistent two-week lead times to ensure they are able to continue to thrive and meet record levels of demand.” Manufacturers behind the high-performance SupaLite Tiled Roof system and revolutionary SkyVista glass system, SupaLite’s products are fully accredited by JHAI for Building Regulations approval and offer unrivalled thermal efficiency, creating a space that’s useable all-year-round.
