The installation process begins with adjustable feet or ground screws, which can be set on basic concrete pads depending on ground conditions. This eliminates the need for extensive groundwork. For an even more rapid installation, structurally tested ground screws offer an innovative alternative to concrete pads and are usually installed in less than a day.

The system features a pre-manufactured GRP base, including a floor perimeter beam and structurally advanced supporting joists, further reducing time on site.  The modular wall system is custom manufactured in lightweight sections for easy installation, and the roof options include the Leka Flat Roof, Leka Orangery Roof or Leka Tiled Roof.
