The project, located on Grange Farm Close in Grandborough, included The Residence Collection through a collaboration with installer, PPH Management Ltd, and fabricator, Stedek Windows and Doors Ltd. Together, they incorporated Residence 7 windows onto nine new-build homes in their No.38 Grey colourway. Employing the timberweld joint manufacturing method to emulate traditional timber joints, over 60 new windows were added to complete the housing development.
The selection of Residence 7 windows was driven by both aesthetic and efficiency considerations within the R7 window system. With a flush external and internal profile, these windows offer maintenance-free finishes and a variety of styles, meaning versatility without complication.
Beyond their appealing design features, the R7 windows excel not only visually but also in their efficiency properties, boasting A++ energy ratings and achieving a u-value of 1.2Wm2k as standard. This collection is also available in 21 different colourways.
Stephen Kelly, [job title] at PPH Management Ltd said: “The Residence 7 windows flawlessly enhanced the visual appeal of the property whilst contributing remarkable durability and energy efficiency.
“We take immense pride in our team’s involvement in this project, ensuring the seamless integration of each window to perfection. We’re thrilled to be part of this project with The Residence Collection windows alongside fabricator Stedek Windows and Doors.”
Jo Trotman, Marketing Manager at The Residence Collection, added, “This Warwickshire housing development is the perfect example of how these windows can enhance a new-build property visually while still being high-performing and energy efficient.
“We are so pleased that our windows were chosen for this particular project and that the developers are happy with the final product.
“The Residence Collection expresses heartfelt gratitude to our valued partnerships, whose commitment makes this premium design, manufacturing and installation service possible. In this instant, PPH Management Ltd and Stedek Windows and Doors Ltd, played pivotal roles in facilitating the successful delivery of this project. We eagerly anticipate future collaborations.”
