ODL Europe has just launched ZEEL™, a new contemporary glazing cassette. The new ZEEL™ glazing cassette is the perfect example of this.” ZEEL™ is a sleek, versatile glazing cassette that blends seamlessly into the door allowing the door glass to take centre stage. As well as an innovative new design, the ZEEL™ cassette features a number of other industry advances. It is the first glazing cassette to feature ODL’s proprietary PC/ABS blend for increased durability and it comes untreated so it can be stained or painted in any RAL colour to perfectly match the door. It is constructed from FiberMate Plus™, ODL’s recently-developed cassette material that is made with a higher percentage of fibreglass to increase durability and reduce water egress.
The new ZEEL™ cassette uses an innovative clip system that eliminates the need for unsightly screws and reduces installation time. This means it is also possible to replace just the glass and frame in the event of damage, rather than the entire door as in the case with other door systems. The ZEEL™ glazing cassette is available now in 7 x 64 size option. Sizes 22 by 36, 8 by 36, 22 by 17 will be available later this year. Designed with glass aperture and door cut out dimensions the ZEEL™ glazing cassette suites perfectly with ODL Europe’s additional glazing cassette range and can be used in conjunction with current established door glass sizes, including the clear and decorative options offered by the company.
