Thomas Weston, Managing Director of Genius PVC Trade Frames

Fast-growing fabricator Genius PVC Trade Frames has welcomed Thomas Weston as its new Managing Director. Genius was established just a few short years ago in 2019 by industry veterans Peter Dyson and David Eagle. The Norwich-based fabricator has quickly earned a reputation among the trade for providing consistently excellent customer service and premium Kӧmmerling windows and doors.

Prior to becoming the new Managing Director of Genius, Thomas worked in both the extrusion and fabrication sections of Anglian Home Improvements and gained experience overseeing Operations at Greenhouses Direct and ToolTruckUK. A firm believer in partnerships beyond the normal ‘customer/ fabricator’ relationships, Thomas is hoping to build on the fantastic work already achieved at Genius by continuing to assemble a strong, dedicated team that is aware of their importance to the business and customers alike.

As the new Managing Director, Thomas will be at the helm as Genius secures its footing as a firm favourite among trade customers and implements its ambitious growth plan. With a goal of reaching 2,500 frames manufactured per week, Genius has recently invested over £2m in new machinery to take its capabilities to new heights, and through forging close bonds with both existing and new suppliers, Genius has created a resilient supply chain where their suppliers are ready and able to be part of their growth.

Peter Dyson, co-founder and Director, discusses the new appointment:

“We are thrilled to welcome Thomas as our new Managing Director at Genius. His impressive track record and his wealth of industry knowledge make him the ideal person to spearhead this new era.

Experience is at the core of Genius PVC Trade Frames and, with over a decade in the industry, Thomas is perfectly positioned to steer us in the direction of our goals. With further investments and expansion on the horizon, the team has the utmost faith in his abilities and vision for the future of Genius PVC Trade Frames.”
