Tommy Trinder teams up with trade supplier Affordable Window Systems

Tommy Trinder, pioneer of Framepoint Technology®, have teamed up with leading trade supplier Affordable Window Systems to make its Timberlook range of heritage windows and doors available to show off to homeowners in a tap. “Framepoint® makes it quick and easy for our customers to show off the premium features of Timberlook windows and doors,” says Affordable’s Regional Sales Administrator Amelia Gaughan. “Having our Timberlook Flush Sash range available at the touch of a button is a game-changer. It allows us to accurately display how authentic our Timberlook Flush Sash products are while directly engaging the homeowner – giving them a truly unique experience. Everything is also priced in real-time on Framepoint®, so it’s a done deal!”

Tommy Trinder’s patented Framepoint® Technology allows users to free draw windows and doors with their finger or mouse, just like sketching on a pad. Installers can show clients how new windows will look in their homes with a click. “Invaluable, as it allows customers to design bespoke styles with different heritage bar configurations, in addition to showing the Timberlook colour range beautifully,” says Amelia.

The authentic details that set Timberlook apart are available to touch and show on the app, including traditional mortise and tenon joints, deep bottoms rails, and traditionally proportioned Radlington cills. A range of authentic heritage ironmongery has also been uploaded to Framepoint to mirror Timberlook’s premium Regency monkey-tail, and teardrop handles. Uniquely on Framepoint, it’s easy to add and visualise designs with matching dummy peg stays. “I must say there is a real wow moment when you touch and add a Regency monkey-tail peg stay to a Timberlook window in Framepoint®,” says founder and CEO of Tommy Trinder, Chris Brunsdon. “The Timberlook windows look the business – customers are mightily impressed!”

Phil Myers, Sales Director of Affordable Window Group, comments: “Teaming up with Tommy Trinder has been fascinating. The Framepoint® platform makes it easy for installers to demonstrate the value of our carefully designed heritage products. The in-app pricing function saves considerable time, enabling installers to provide professional and accurate quotations within minutes. It will set our trade customers apart from the rest of the competition!”
