Total Glass finds quality at FIT 2014

Showcasing their ‘one-stop shop’ quality products and services for installers at FIT 2014 created plenty of interest in Total Glass, which reported an excellent level of enquiries from the three-day event at Telford.

A+-rated UPVC windows in cream on white and grey on white finishes – both available from stock in five days – attracted much attention, as did the frequency of the Merseyside-based UPVC and aluminium fabricator’s deliveries.

“People were amazed that we can deliver up to five times a week in the local area, with 98.2% delivered on time and in full. Our customers do value the frequency of these deliveries as it really helps their businesses too,” said Phill Cresswell, Trade Sales Manager.

“Our emphasis was on quality and service for the local installer and I was impressed by the quality of enquiries this year. We spoke to a lot of potential prospects who were interested in the broad range of products and business support services we can offer.”
