Ultraroof is number one for customer care

The extensive support package available to installers of the Ultraroof tiled roofing system from Ultraframe has been declared the Customer Care Initiative of the year at the 2019 G Awards.

Judges agreed that the level of support available to installers for surveying, installing and selling Ultraroof is unmatched in the industry. From site assists for every first installation, to bespoke training courses tailored to the training needs of each fitter/company, support by every means including phone, email and WhattsApp, a host of written and animated how-to guides covering every stage of the installation process, along with sales training and an extensive marketing support package, no installer needs to feel alone when fitting Ultraroof.

Commenting about the win, Ultraframe Marketing Director, Alex Hewitt, said: “Myself and the whole team at Ultraframe are absolutely thrilled to see our Ultraroof system win at the G Awards. As the industry’s longest standing awards ceremony, it’s a real honour to have our hard work recognised on a national scale. Customer Care is at the heart of everything we do at Ultraframe – it’s the main consideration when designing new products and putting together the support packages to help our customers survey, fit and sell them, and so to be recognised for this at our ‘industry’s Oscars’ is tremendously rewarding. We’d like to offer our congratulations to the other winners too, following a fantastic evening celebrating the very best of our industry.”

Ultrapanel, a key component in the Ultraroof tiled roof system was also shortlisted for New Product of the Year at the G Awards following its win in the Technical Innovation category at the Conservatory & Orangery Awards. Ultrapanels feature an I-beam to create strength as well as avoiding labour-intensive battening and offer unrivalled thermal performance. They are a true technical innovation and this exciting technology is 100% unique to Ultraframe.

2019 has been quite a year for the Ultraroof system. February saw it declared the tiled roofing system preferred by 8 out of 10 homeowners during independent research, in October the system won two awards at the Conservatory & Orangery awards, and finally the G Award win at the end of November was a fitting end to the successful year.
