Window Store announces relocation of its new expanded branch in Poole, Dorset

Following continued business growth, The Window Store has announced the relocation of its new expanded branch in Poole, Dorset. The relocated Poole depot, which was originally a shared facility with Epwin Group trade counter business National Plastics, opened its doors at its new site at Nuffield Industrial Estate, Poole, in November 2023.

Karl Lodwick, General Manager at The Window Store, said: “The Poole branch has shown impressive growth, so much so that we outgrew the original shared location within twelve months of opening. With increased demand for our products and services, a larger dedicated space was needed. This expansion underscores our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our customers.”

The new Poole branch spans 5,500 sqft, making it the largest depot in The Window Store network. Showcasing the new, modern corporate branding, the branch incorporates an on-site showroom offering an inviting and approachable environment, allowing customers to explore the extensive product portfolio. Product highlights include the innovative Ultraframe hup! roofing system, award-winning Stellar Aluminium windows and doors, Safedoors composite doors and a comprehensive suite of Profile 22 frames.

To celebrate the relocation, The Window Store is hosting a programme of Open Days commencing with the Poole branch on February 14th 2024.  Karl said: “Our Open Days allow customers to engage with our expert staff, explore our wide range of products and take advantage of exclusive promotions.”

He continued: “This new site allows us to showcase our expanded product range and provides a more immersive and enjoyable shopping experience for our valued customers.”

Hot on the heels of the Poole branch launch, The Window Store continues to expand its reach with Open Days planned for its Truro branch on 20th February and its Plymouth branch on 21st February 2024. Each event promises to be an exciting opportunity for customers to connect with The Window Store’s experienced teams and explore the latest trends in windows, doors and conservatories.

With a focus on convenience and excellence, The Window Store remains a trusted supplier for installers, builders, and DIY enthusiasts, offering local deliveries and value-added services to meet diverse needs.

Having expanded its Poole depot and with a vision to further extend its network, The Window Store looks forward to continuing its growth trajectory while maintaining its reputation as a trusted supply partner in the industry.
