Winkhaus UK celebrates successful FIT Show 2025 launches

As the doors close on FIT Show 2025, Winkhaus UK reflects on what has been a landmark event, filled with energy, innovation, and collaboration. Our stand became a central hub for fabricators, installers, and industry leaders to experience the new product and service solutions we’ve launched, and the positive response exceeded expectations.

The event served as the perfect launchpad for our latest innovations, with standout highlights including the official debut of the Crafted Synergy™ range, a fully integrated smart security ecosystem of door hardware engineered to deliver simple, secure and reliable performance. From simplifying fabrication and installation to enhancing security compliance and operational reliability, Crafted Synergy™ struck a powerful chord with visitors facing increasing demands in quality and regulation.

One of the major talking points was the Polaris™ Smart eTurner. Visitors were impressed by its seamless integration with the Winkhaus XR6 cylinder and locking solutions, the Polaris™ Smart Sensor which confirms door status and functionality of the Polaris Smart™ application with automatic 2-step set-up, clear navigation and ability to open the door from anywhere in the world. Whether operated by smartphone or key fob, Polaris™ delivers next-level door control with design-led simplicity.

Completing the Crafted Synergy™ range our 3-Star security equation combining our proven 1-Star XR6 cylinder with the choice of new 2-Star armorShield cylinder protection options, including the armorShield 2-Star handle, escutcheon, and cylinder protector. These options ensure customers meet future security regulations with confidence and cost-efficiency.

We also officially launched enhancements to our renowned aluPilot modular window fitting system, including a solution designed for lower operating positions and a new restriction system, ideal for the aluminium market. Live demonstrations showed how aluPilot dramatically increases productivity, reduces waste, and streamlines ordering and inventory for fabricators.

Our primePort AS retract-slide system and broader primePort range also drew strong interest, with their energy efficiency, weather resistance, and elegant design clearly resonating with fabricators working across aluminium, timber, and PVC-U.

Beyond the product launches, the FIT Show gave us a vital opportunity to share how Winkhaus is supporting partners through regulatory transitions. Our UKAS accredited test laboratory will be among the first to offer testing to the PAS24:2024 addendum, a major topic of conversation throughout the event and a moral debate for how fabricators and installers provide secure and reliable 3-Star solution in the future. Our teams are already working with fabricators on compliance strategies to navigate PAS24 compliance and the upcoming changes to Approved Document Q in building regulations.

Visitors also responded strongly to the broader service enhancements we’ve made, including consultation, product development days, and bespoke test programmes, all designed to help our partners adapt faster and more effectively.

Most importantly, FIT Show 2025 reaffirmed the value of face-to-face engagement. Reconnecting with our customers and meeting new contacts, inspiring fresh ideas and confirming the direction we’re heading. These conversations were energising and reaffirmed our commitment to innovation, partnership, and progress.

To everyone who joined us, thank you. To those who couldn’t attend, we invite you to get in touch or explore our latest innovations online. The momentum from FIT Show is just the beginning, and we look forward to delivering even more value in the months ahead.
