Winkhaus UK joins Glazing Summit

Winkhaus UK is the latest big name to come on board for the Glazing Summit.

The leading hardware specialist is the lanyard sponsor for the annual one-day conference, which takes place on Tuesday, October 18 at Edgbaston Stadium, Birmingham.

Winkhaus design, develop and produce high-quality door locking systems, window fitting systems as well as modern access control systems and earlier this year became the first company to attain the new Q Mark 3rd party audit certification for smoke, with its FireFrame composite fire doorset solutions.

Justin Harris, Managing Director, said: “The Glazing Summit has quickly become one of the highest profile events in the industry calendar and we’re really pleased that we’ll have such a visible presence as lanyard sponsor at this year’s event.

“Being at the Glazing Summit means more than a business opportunity for us. It’s also a chance for the window and door industry to catch up, discuss the issues we’re all facing and share experiences and solutions. We are looking forward to the event.”

The day will feature a series of debates and discussions with 20 expert panellists and three dynamic keynote speakers and networking opportunities.

Andrew Scott, Glazing Summit Founder, said: “When it comes to innovation, new product development, and a commitment to the industry, Winkhaus continue to deliver, and I’m delighted to welcome them on board as a first-time sponsor of the Glazing Summit.”
