Winmac UK drives production for leading PVC-U and aluminium fabricators

Leading supplier of premium PVC-U and aluminium fabrication machinery Winmac UK has been busy supporting customers over the last 18 months as production levels have reached near capacity levels. Supplying an impressive portfolio of machines from ROTOX, Schirmer and Pertici, Winmac UK has been constantly installing machines over the last 18 months to growing numbers of the UK’s leading PVC-U and aluminium fabricators. Joint Managing Director Kevin Noray and his team have been flat out working with customers to upgrade their production facilities. He told Windows Active: “The UK window and door industry has coped incredibility well over the last 18 months. The unprecedented levels of consumer demand for windows and doors have placed immense pressure on manufacturers. As a company we have always worked closely with customers to plan and future proof their manufacturing process.”

The strategy of working closely with customers has been highlighted by a large number of successful machinery installations over the last 18 months. Kevin explains: “Machinery investments need to be planned in order to ensure the smooth integration into existing production lines. Understanding the needs of the customer is crucial to this. For example, at Everglade we supported them by installing a ROTOX SVK 508 quad welder specifically for their PVC-U ‘Timber-look’ frames, while at Lister Trade Frames we installed a ROTOX ‘High Speed’ Servo Driven Sash Welding and Cleaning Line, to help drive both production efficiency and quality. Everyone’s needs are different and this is where we come into our own offering a bespoke service.”

The service offered by Winmac UK is of the highest quality and made possible by its team of experienced expert engineers. Winmac are blessed with a team Rob Hopper, Joint Managing Director, heralds as ‘second to none’: “Our team of engineers are the lifeblood of Winmac. On a daily basis they are the face of the company and support our customers in every way possible. Through them we are able to install and service premium PVC-U and aluminium machinery that delivers time and time again. Their knowledge is truly remarkable and enables us to guarantee a first-class service to customers.”

With factories throughout the UK being under immense pressure to rapidly output vast quantities of windows and doors, the planned approach to machinery investment is crucial. Kevin and Rob share a joint passion to help customers find the optimum machinery solution, backed up by a highly valued team of engineers and support staff, they are able to offer an unrivalled bespoke service to fabricators.
