We felt he was the perfect candidate to help us expand our trade customer base over the following months and we’re delighted to see him move into this new position.”

Anthony commented: “I’ve really enjoyed my time at Dempsey Dyer over the last six months and am delighted to step into this new role as sales executive. Dempsey Dyer has a fantastic offering to the trade; including premium quality products at competitive prices, fast lead times, reliable deliveries, great service and strong sales and marketing support; and I’m looking forward to meeting to potential customers and discussing how we can benefit their business.”

Alongside Dempsey Dyers new business push with Anthony, the company has implemented strategies to retain existing customers and offer them the best possible service. Part of this is assigning an account manager to every Dempsey customer.

Peter commented: “We’ve introduced a new initiative whereby every customer has their own dedicated account manager acting as their main point of contact. We have six account managers and they will help us offer a better and more personal level of service.”
