Britdoors Group gets a refresh and evolves retail offering

Retailers will soon have easier access to the industry’s biggest range of UK manufactured composite and timber doors with a brand new website, online ordering capability, ‘Door Designer’ and marketing support from leading manufacturer, Britdoors Group.

Launching in June, Britdoors’ new-look interactive website (www.britdoorsgroup.com) with enhanced functionality provides the opportunity to take an in-depth view at its unrivalled product range, including GRP traditional cassette or flush glazing composite doors, solid timber core, 30/60 minute fire doors and bespoke timber doors made by JCK Joinery.

The new website will feature an easy-to-use ‘Door Designer’ application which retailers can use to make their sales and ordering process even easier. Compatible with all tablets and mobile devices, this simple and stylish designer has a show/hide pricing feature which allows them to comfortably share the tool openly with customers. Retailers can guide homeowners through Britdoors’ extensive range, styles and options to create a door that’s unique to them and see their exact options onscreen in real time. When logged in, traders can view prices, order online and manage their account easily at the click of a button.

Not only will retailers have a quick and easy way to order online, they will also be supported by a dedicated in-house team to meet the specific order and delivery requirements of retail customers. All of Britdoors’ product ranges are made from scratch at its end-to-end UK manufacturing facility, and every retail door is made completely separate on a dedicated production line. This allows them to not only meet the high standards and requirements from the sector, but produce singular unique orders each time.

In addition, Britdoors will offer further support to its trade and retail customer base with a new range of supporting marketing materials to help better communicate product information and prices to prospective customers. The range of support available includes bespoke literature, personalised brochures, colour swatches, corner samples, showroom doors and coming soon the creation of a white-label website.

Liam Kelleher, Managing Director at Britdoors Group, explains: “Our new website is a one stop shop for our huge range of doors and we’re really pleased to be offering an online ordering facility, making life easier for our retail customers. We’ve taken great care to ensure it meets their individual needs and I’m sure they will also benefit greatly from the additional marketing support we can provide. As we are committed to innovation and continuous improvement, our new website is not the end, we will continue to improve and update our customer offering in line with their needs and market demands.”
