Ian will also be complementing the Endurance team with the knowledge he has gained as an employee of some of the biggest names in the fenestration industry, working as both a Senior Installer and Senior Service Engineer. He’ll be on hand to ensure the Preferred Endurance Installer Network gets the exact support that it requires.
These two new additions will be managed by Chris Hindley, Endurance’s new Technical Services Manager with over 21 years’ experience in the industry. Upon joining, Stef Sizer commented: “I’m really excited to be joining the team at Endurance. Having fitted hundreds of Endurance Doors in my previous roles, I have a great knowledge of the product itself, and for me, there is no better composite door on the current market.” Alongside better customer service, the addition of Ian and Stef will also mean a reduced waiting time for Endurance customers requiring a service call from Endurance engineers. This means that they can move on from the job more quickly and focus on selling more and growing their businesses. With this in mind, Ian commented: “Having previously worked as a Senior Fitter, I am well aware of all the common issues that our customers might have. I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in and sharing some of the tricks of the trade that will help our Installer Network fit our products to the highest of standards.” If you’re interested in becoming an Endurance Preferred Installer, call 01652 659 259 and ask to speak with the Marketing Team.
