Finesse Windows shortlisted finalists in the 2021 Which? Awards

For the second time in 4 years, Kings Norton based Window, Door and Conservatory manufacturer and installer, Finesse Windows have been shortlisted in the 2021 Which? Awards in the category of Which? Trusted Trader of the Year. Now in its 15th year, the Which? Awards celebrate the companies that consistently get it right for their customers. The awards are impartial, independent and rigorous and recognise the very best businesses in the UK.
Which?, the UK’s consumer champions, announced on the 23rd September across their social channels the shortlisted finalists across all categories, and the winners will be announced on October 7th.

“We have a very strict judging criteria for the Trader of the Year award where we review businesses compliance with the scheme standards and expectations along with their reviews, profile page and overall use of the endorsement. We then look at the overall wow factor and Finesse really stood out as a company that puts the customer first and does everything they can to uphold really high standards on every job. We loved their use of the endorsement and the work they do for charity and in the community.” – WHICH?

Finesse Windows were previously shortlisted for the Which? Awards in 2017, and have been awarded the Which? Trusted Trader of the Month award on four occasions; the latest in July of this year.  Finesse Windows have been proud members of the scheme since 2016 and have over 250 regulated reviews on the Which? Trusted Traders site and an overall rating of 4.9 out of 5.

Russell Bridge, Managing Director of the family owned Finesse Windows, who are celebrating their 40th year of trading this year, commented, “Everybody that‘s part of the Finesse family should be extraordinarily proud of the part they play every day in delivering the exceptional levels of service we do for all our customers which has ultimately led to this nomination.” He added, “We’ve got everything crossed for the day of the awards but regardless of the result are proud that our efforts are ultimately being recognised.”

Finesse Windows were formed in 1981 by the late David Bridge and Peter O’Neill, and have remained an independent family owned business to this very day, with David’s children Russell and Ellie now running the business. From their Kings Norton Factory and Showroom, they are proud to continue to deliver the best product and customer service from the initial enquiry to the end of their Decade of Care guarantee period.
