FrameXpress celebrates a double anniversary

2018 is a milestone year for FrameXpress, one of the UK’s largest independent fabricators of PVC-U windows, doors, conservatories and composite doors. It’s 20 years since the business was founded – and 20 years since the company started fabricating Profile 22, an Epwin Window Systems brand.

Mark Westbrook, one of the founders of FrameXpress, said: “FrameXpress has been working with Profile 22 from day one. It’s an impressive amount of time to be working with a supplier. We chose Profile 22 for the superb quality and range of products. It has served our customers very well. They get a full range of products: windows, doors, patio doors and hardware which makes it easy for them, and us.”

It’s a decision that’s definitely standing the test of time too: Mark says Profile 22’s Optima system is “spot on for today’s market.”

It isn’t just the quality of the system that has kept FrameXpress with Profile 22 for so long. Mark and his team appreciate the strength of Profile 22’s support. “One big benefit to the customers at FrameXpress is our very fast turnaround times, just 48 hours for white windows, and that’s made possible because of our strong relationship with Profile 22.”

Mark sums up the significance of the milestone by saying: “Twenty years is a long time in any industry, but for a company to maintain a partnership for that length of time with a key supplier is definitely something to celebrate.”

FrameXpress was launched by Stuart Green and Mark Westbrook in 1998 and has grown from just four staff to a dedicated team of more than 80 employees. Its headquarters are a 35,000 sq ft state- of-the-art factory based in Telford, Shropshire and has customers nationwide. The company has a reputation for being a reliable, friendly and committed fabricator that helps its customers grow their businesses and endeavours to exceed expectations time after time. With 2018 seeing the company’s twentieth anniversary it seems it’s a recipe for success.
