Haydon Statham joins Vista as National Sales Manager

With the continued success of the XtremeDoor brand, award-winning panel and composite door manufacturer Vista has completed a hat-trick of high-profile new appointments. Strengthening Vista’s sales team, Haydon Statham joins the Merseyside-firm as its new National Sales Manager. He brings with him a wealth of experience from previous roles within major systems companies and door manufacturers.

“I am really excited by the opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer like Vista, their focus on quality and service was a huge pull for me,” comments Haydon. “I was also really struck by the enthusiasm of all their staff, and the positive energy that’s found in the factory. It’s an exciting time at Vista!”

Also joining the team is seasoned HR specialist Anne Williams. Joining from Jaguar Land Rover, Anne’s remit as HR Manager is to aid the senior management in supporting and growing Vista’s talented team of well-over 100 people. Anne will focus on the industry-wide skills shortage by looking at new areas of recruitment and sourcing the right candidates.

“We need long-term staff that we can invest in and train up to be the next generation of talented personnel,” Anne explains. “Our employees are important to us and they are integral to the continuing growth and success of Vista. We will continue our open communication with our employees as we introduce new engagement initiatives at Vista.”

Last, but not least, Vista welcomes Liam Barnes to the team as their new Quality Manager. Also joining from the automotive industry, Liam brings a decade of experience to the role, along with a degree in quality management systems. Liam will be exploring any and every opportunity to improve Vista’s operation, as well as managing Vista’s ISO 9001:2008 quality management, ISO 14001:2004 environmental management and OHSAS 18001:2007 health and safety management accreditations.

“We’re delighted to welcome three high-calibre additions to the Vista team, strengthening our operation and allowing us to continue our rapid growth,” adds Keith Sadler, Managing Director of Vista. “All three appointments are incredibly talented and bring a wealth of experience to the business, with Haydon bringing a new insight to the industry and both Anne and Liam providing a fresh approach to the challenges of a leading door manufacturer.”

“At Vista we are always looking at opportunities to grow and improve our business to continue providing customers across the country with a valuable, high-quality product. In addition to investing in new additions to our dedicated team, we invest in new machinery, new facilities and extensive research and development to continually improve XtremeDoor, our best-in-class composite door.”
