Ian Hayes and Neil Booth, new Directors at Conservatory Outlet

Yorkshire based fabricator Conservatory Outlet has recently made two new board level appointments that reinforce the company’s commitment to its dealer network and strategically prepare it for the next stage of growth.

Ian Hayes and Neil Booth have joined the company as Network Development Director and Finance Director respectively.

Vastly experienced, Ian will play a central role in the company’s strategy to drive growth organically by helping existing customers increase their businesses. His expertise in multi-site operations allows him to identify best practices and successfully communicate and implement them across the network of dealers.

Ian said: “Simply offering lead generating websites and bespoke retail brochures is no longer enough for the evolving needs of a well-established network with such high-calibre members. Our holistic approach is aimed at laying the ground for our dealers’ future growth. It’s more than immediate lead generation; it’s about sustainable growth that will show its benefits long term.”

Crucially, the new Network Development Director’s responsibilities are solely related to existing customers – he will not be involved in the process of establishing new Conservatory Outlet dealers.

While Ian’s focus is to work for, and alongside, Conservatory Outlet dealers by any means possible, the new Financial Director will ensure the company remains financially sound throughout its growth.

Neil’s background in running highly successful £20m+ turnover businesses strengthens the finance function within the company and his appointment reflects Conservatory Outlet’s target and commitment for the future.

“Balancing the financial and operational aspects of a business throughout its growth is of paramount importance. I’m focusing on sustaining the growth of Conservatory Outlet by maximising the income potential of the business and strategically managing investment to the benefit of our company and our dealer network”, explained Neil.

Conservatory Outlet MD Greg Kane comments: “Naturally we are delighted that Ian and Neil chose to join us. The Conservatory Outlet Network was formed almost a decade ago and these appointments are designed to ensure that existing dealers continue to see as much benefit from our alliance as new ones.’
