Julie is working alongside the rest of Mila’s senior leadership team to execute a sales strategy which is very much focused on growth. Much of that growth is expected to come from new products, including Mila’s ‘Advance’ range of innovative products designed specifically for aluminium and the newly launched ProSecure Pace security door hinge, which is even faster to fit than the original million selling ProSecure hinge.
Julie already has a hugely successful track record at Mila – joining in 2013 as an Area Sales Manager, and progressing to Key Accounts Manager and then National Sales Manager, before she was made Head of Sales in 2021. This promotion recognises her undoubted ability and commitment, as well as underlining the ongoing importance of Mila within parent company ASSA ABLOY’s residential group.
Julie commented: “After more than 10 years with Mila, I’m pleased and proud to be taking on the Sales Director role. I believe as passionately as ever in the quality and value we offer and our commitment to delivering outstanding service at every customer touchpoint.”
