Kestrel Aluminium Systems has introduced a new 70mm aluminium casement window system that offers a combination of high functionality and ease of fabrication.
Utilizing mechanical cleats in all corners of each profile the system provides the fabricator with adjustment to transom and mullion positions before final lock off. Window and glazing combinations can be specified to provide a U-value as low as 1.2W/m2K, whilst a slim, stylish frame with minimal sightlines creates a distinctive visual aesthetic.
In terms of security, the window utilises Kenrick’s robust and patented high-security bi-part lock and is fully PAS24 compliant. The window can be manufactured with either single or dual colour powder-coated profiles in any RAL shade and may also be supplied in mill or anodised finishes. It can, therefore, be used to meet project-specific design requirements on both contemporary or traditional new builds and building upgrades. The window’s modern styling also makes it ideal for use with Kestrel Aluminium curtain walling and door systems.
