“Lucy has worked in the fenestration industry for many years and understands the level of care and attention that is required when a new customer joins. Lucy works closely with all of the relevant business functions such as marketing, finance and sales to ensure that becoming an Ultraframe installer is exactly as we would hope – effortless, fast and ultimately, financially rewarding.”
Lucy is the first point of contact for most customers installing Ultraframe roofs for the first time and takes ownership of every element of the onboarding process. Describing the role, Lucy says: “Whether a customer is adding to their existing roof range with one of our solid roofs or lanterns, or they’re switching their entire roof range to us, it’s so important that we give every customer high levels of care and attention. As Colin said, it’s a big decision to change your range, and if we can remove the headache associated with that, then we all benefit. I’ve talked to a lot of new customers already that can see the clear business opportunity of systems like Livinroof and Ultrasky, but have delayed the decision because of the hassle-factor. My role completely eliminates that potential headache and ensures that every single new customer enjoys the same high level of care and attention as our existing customers.”
