With a degree in Product Design and Engineering, coupled with his unrivalled experience as a design engineer and technical manager, Mike will be responsible for research and development, training, testing, product verification, whilst also providing a front end customer support role. His time will be split between the market defining The Residence Collection and highly regarded Window Widgets sides of the overall business.
